In my view, Ceramic City is the best place in the whole UAE for all your ceramic/porcelain tile needs. I visited all other suppliers but couldn’t find the meticulous attention to detail and professionalism that I found at Ceramic City. Salesman Mohammed Fadel was extremely helpful and I have no regrets whatsoever for choosing Ceramic City and supplying ceramic materials for my entire villa project. Honestly they got some of the best and most gorgeous materials out there. I highly recommend this place. 👍👍

Hands down, the best in the business. Our contractor recommended we check out Ceramic City for some pool tiles we were looking for for our renovation. From the moment we walked through the door, the guys provided absolute top quality service. Mike Riley has owned and run the business for years and years, and he and his team were an absolute joy to deal with on every single occasion. We ended up needing additional tiles on two follow up occasions, and Mike could not have been more helpful. He ordered an additional batch from overseas for us - and, when we ran out of them yet again without having finished the job, we were concerned that we might have to wait for weeks while additional tiles were shipped from overseas again. To our complete surprise, when we made our second order with Mike, he had already ordered 10 extra boxes of the tiles “just in case we ran out again”. What a superstar he is. Five stars out of five for the product (which is brilliant - so many folks have commented on how much they like the pool as a result) - five stars out of five for the service, which literally cannot be beaten in my experience. A pleasure to deal with these guys since day 1.
